The most common side effects in patients treated with ONPATTRO® were respiratory infections (29%) such as colds, sinus infections, and nasal congestion, and infusion-related reactions (19%)
The most common infusion-related reactions people experienced were:
- flushing of skin
- back pain
- nausea
- stomach pain
- difficulty breathing
- headache
Infusion-related reactions decreased over time.
What happens if I get pregnant?
Tell your doctor right away if you become pregnant or are thinking of becoming pregnant while you are taking ONPATTRO. There may be some risks associated with pregnancy while taking ONPATTRO that your doctor will review with you.
