Infusion day at a glance
Before your infusion:
At least 60 minutes before the infusion, you will receive a combination of medications commonly used to reduce the risk of infusion-related reactions (IRRs).
Receiving ONPATTRO:
Your infusion will take about 80 minutes. Consider bringing a book or some other activity you enjoy to help pass the time. During your infusion, consider using the ONPATTRO Journal and Personal Planner to write about how you’re feeling during treatment.
After your infusion:
After you’ve received your infusion, you may be monitored in case you have any reactions to ONPATTRO.
With ONPATTRO treatment, laboratory monitoring is not required.
How do I travel while receiving ONPATTRO?
It’s a good idea to check your infusion schedule before booking any travel. If your schedule does conflict, an Alnylam Case Manager may be able to help you make alternate arrangements for your infusion.
To reach an Alnylam Case Manager, call 1-833-256-2748 Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM
